At SwiftBox Fulfilment, the process begins with the daily receipt of your customer orders, either automatically imported from your online store or securely uploaded via a CSV file.

Once orders are received, picking lists, shipping labels, and dispatch notes are generated. Our team carefully picks the required stock from storage, matches it to each order, and prepares it for packing. Every order is packed according to your pre-agreed, fully documented packaging guidelines, ensuring consistency and professionalism with every shipment.

We can supply a wide range of packaging materials, including eco-friendly and sustainable options, or we’re happy to work with your own custom packaging. At this stage, we can also include marketing inserts, promotional flyers, or branded materials to enhance your customer’s unboxing experience.

Once packed and ready, orders are collected by our trusted courier partners, and their status is updated to ‘shipped’. We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders received each morning on the same day, with extended cut-off times available for time-sensitive shipments (subject to volume).

In addition to single-item pick & pack, we also offer multi-item order processing and kitting services, such as assembling product bundles, gift sets, and custom packaging.
