Once you authorise a return with your customer, the item can be shipped directly back to our warehouse via a dedicated P.O. box address assigned to your account. Upon arrival, the package is scanned into our system and linked to the correct customer order for full traceability.
Our team then inspects the returned items, checking their condition and verifying if they are complete, unopened, and with intact packaging. Based on your pre-agreed return handling rules, we can:
Return the product to stock for resale
Repackage it for future sale
Set it aside for disposal if the item is damaged or unsellable
At the end of each day, you’ll receive a clear returns report, giving you all the details needed to process any refunds or exchanges in line with your own policy. Additionally, full returns data is always available, so you can track and manage returns whenever you need.
